WELCOME to the new VALERI (VA Loan Electronic Reporting Interface) page!

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) completed a project where we redesigned virtually all of our loan servicing regulations, processes, and reporting requirements. The new regulatory environment is being implemented through process changes, organizational changes, and a new application service that replaces our current loan servicing system. The new application service is called the VA Loan Electronic Reporting Interface (VALERI).

VALERI went live on February 20, 2008. VA will use the VALERI website at http://homeloans.va.gov/valeri.htm to communicate all VALERI-related information.  We have also set up a VALERI Helpdesk with phone number and email below:

*If you transfer custody of a property to VA, you have 60 days from the date of the liquidation sale to submit title documents to VA.  In some cases, due to redemption periods, confirmation hearings after sales, and/or delays in recorders' offices, other timeframes after the sale will apply for submission of title documents.  Click on Title Document Timeframes to view these other timeframes.
